My wife and I are going away for the summer (July to September) and we would like to rent our Cambridge apartment. It is a well presented newly built duplex apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located at 10 minutes car ride (or 20 by bus) from the centre, overlooking lots of green, and right next to a big supermarket. Rent is 1k including amenities (less than what we are paying, of course, but we want to make this easy.
