We have a fully qualified, professional instructor. She is keen to support us and work with our needs/ requirements. She is happy to get feedback from each attendee and adapt her sessions accordingly so these sessions are a very good opportunity for us not only to try something new but to express our interest and arrange something for the future.

Please bring along an exercise mat if you have one.
